The base is a product designed to hold your loose eyeshadow pigment in place. This is a gel like formula that will intensify your eyeshadows and give it super lasting hold.
Simply apply a small amount to the desired area, allow to dry for a few seconds and apply your AL Pigments with a brush or preferred applicator
Top Tip, for extra intense shimmer and shine mix your pigment with the base and apply to your desired area, when also most dry apply your pigments and vola
Base can be used with glitter, shimmer, chunky glitter or any other loose eyeshadow pigment
